We stayed here for one night and had 2 rooms. On the outset the room looks ok but there are issues here. Its cold in the room and we asked for a heater 4 times. Although they diddnt refuse but they didnt bring it either but questioned me as to how many beers i had had. Room does not have a quilt but only blanket which is probably been used repeatedly without a wash. The worst bit was we had dinner and breakfast here, we asked for rasmalai and rasgolas were served, despite them telling us they has rasmalai, and the yogurt was soooooo much thined down that it was actually just milk. When we asked for the bill we noticed 5 items with inflated prices and when we questioned the charges we were told that we were shown old menu and when we asked to see the "new" menu it was never presented. The bathroom had some poor smell, was hard to bathe there so gave it a miss. We needed to ask the receptionist man to put water heating on, he was sleeping on the sofa in the lounge area and said he be up in a minute only to fall asleep again, there is no respect at this place. The bed sheet had a big massive hall in it. Stay here at your own risk.

banwari palace was very bad , rooms very bad not clean , bathroom smelly, not cleaned, bed sheets torn , will send u torn bedsheets photo. Also breakfast not provided though included in the itinerary. When asked for breakfast they said we don't have buffet breakfast u have to order .as we were getting late we took breakfast outside ...... Overall very bad experience in banwari palace .... Wonder if this is the standard of excutive room what would have been the experience in standard room

For the high price tag, I expect more. On the ground floor life animals in the ceiling which are very noisy all night probably there are mice or rats. It was very cold in February and I only had a very thin blanket so I had to put my jacket on. Otherwise, the rooms look like a construction site.

Needs to improve a lot. Old, worn out bedsheets, towels etc. Very basic amenities. Laidback attitude of staff. Only a small bar of soap in name of toiletries. Not as glossy as shown on the on travel portals pictures.

This hotel is not running at three star standards ,they have a good building and good rooms but nothing in the name of facilities,no proper staff ,very poor room service ,there is a total lack of professionalism at reception as well as in room service,ac working was very poor , cleanliness may also be improved,about 1 km from Bikaner Junction railway station this hotel is located little inside the main road on a narrow lane though location and building does not bother otherwise all are bothering, without improvement in staff and facilities this hotel is not good for a nice stay , I found this stay uncomfortable---thanks-----SSS-----
